Mr Xi Chen received his M.Sc in Digital Signal
Processing from King's College London, University of London, UK, in 2005, Since December 2005, he has been a Ph.D student under supervision of Dr.
S. C. Wong and Prof. C. K. Tse within the Department of Electronic and
Information Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He had worked for
North China Power Engineering Co.,Ltd, Beijing, China as a software engineer
before pursuing his master degree.
